about olive counseling studio

Olive Counseling Studio is a space for thoughtful, insight-driven work.

We specialize in working with individuals impacted by dysfunctional relationships, codependency and a loved one’s addiction, helping them move out of reactive patterns and into a more grounded, intentional way of functioning.

This work goes beyond surface-level coping.
It focuses on understanding what’s underneath—and creating meaningful, lasting change.

our philosophy

We don’t focus on managing symptoms without understanding them.

We focus on identifying patterns, understanding where they come from, and changing how they show up in your life.

This perspective is shaped by both clinical expertise and firsthand understanding of how addiction impacts relationships.

Our work is rooted in:

-Emotional awareness and regulation
-Trauma-informed care
-Cognitive and behavioral restructuring
-Relational and attachment-based insight

Not surface-level coping. Sustainable change.

who we work with

We work with individuals impacted by a loved one’s addiction—who are ready for more than surface-level change.

You may recognize yourself here if you are:

  • Holding everything together—
    while feeling overwhelmed internally

  • Thinking about someone else’s behavior
    more than your own needs

  • Struggling with boundaries, guilt,
or a sense of responsibility for things you cannot control

  • Over-functioning, overthinking,
    or emotionally exhausted

  • Trying to make sense of dynamics
    that feel confusing or unpredictable

Over time, this can lead to losing connection with yourself.

our work is about changing the patterns —intentionally.
