crisis support
After a crisis, there is a small window where change can take place.
Crisis support helps you use that window intentionally.
There are moments when things escalate quickly—when clarity is hard to access and decisions feel urgent.
Crisis support is designed for those times.
It provides focused space to stabilize the situation, slow things down, and help you respond in a way that is grounded and aligned with your values—not just the urgency of the moment.
-
Crisis sessions are extended (typically 1–3 hours) and scheduled as needed.
They are structured to:
Create immediate stabilization
Reduce emotional overwhelm
Help you organize what is happening in real time
Identify next steps clearly and intentionally
This is not ongoing therapy—it is targeted support for a specific moment or situation.
-
Navigating acute situations related to a loved one’s substance use
Responding to relapse, escalation, or unexpected events
Clarifying decisions when time feels limited
Reducing reactivity and emotional overwhelm
Identifying practical next steps and available resources
The goal is to help you move out of urgency and into clarity.
-
A situation has escalated and you’re unsure how to respond
You feel overwhelmed and need immediate guidance
A decision needs to be made quickly, but you want to approach it thoughtfully
You want support in responding differently than you have in the past
***Crisis support sessions are scheduled services and are not designed for immediate or emergency response.
